Hello Mt. Judea Families,
My name is Renee McCutcheon, I am the Distance Learning Facilitator for Mt. Judea High School. I also recently added the great task of being yearbook adviser.
How it all began:
I started out working at Mt. Judea School as a substitute when my little boy started Kindergarten in 2007. In 2009, I began subbing for Distance Learning a couple of days a week. In 2010, a full time position became available, I was extremely excited for the opportunity.
My Life and Family:
I married Jerome McCutcheon on July 12, 1996 and we have 1 son, Alexander McCutcheon, who is in the 6th grade this year.
I graduated from Jasper High School in 1995. In 1999, I graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Management/Marketing from Arkansas Tech University. After college, I worked in several office jobs, then decided to become a stay at home mom when my son was born.
On the side, I have a home based business, as a Senior Consultant with BeautiControl Cosmetics. We are a Spa, Skin Care, and Image company. In 2014, I began an adventure to get my family healthy and so became a Distibutor for Advocare, weight loss program.
Besides My Daily Job:
I am involved with the Mt Judea Parent Teacher Partnership (PTO). I have been Secretary for the MJPTP since it re-started in 2007. Our organization has brought back the school dances along with many other fun activities.
I am also the schools label coordinator. I collect the Box Tops for Education, Campbell's Labels for Education, and Best Choice Labels. These programs raise money for use in the classrooms.
